Rest 5 minutes... Then...

Work up the following ladder.

2 Turkish Get-Ups Each Arm
3 Turkish Get-Ups Each Arm
4 Turkish Get-Ups Each Arm
5 Turkish Get-Ups Each Arm
Etc...
